Tyson Fury talks about his strategy against Deontay Wilder and using Wilder’s style against him.

Former lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is set to challenge WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder for the title on Dec. 1 at the staples center in Los Angeles. Fury believes that Wilder’s style comes with risk and hopes to expose that on fight night.

“I want him to come out bombing,” said Fury. “The more he presses, the better it is for me. I’m not going to make him box, I’m going to make him fight. I hope he comes out swinging, bombing, and trying to knock me out. Those who box are harder to knock out and those who come out swinging would get knocked out very quick.”

Fury expects Wilder to come out pushing for the victory when they meet for the title fight because he’s “young, ambitious and undefeated.”

“He’s gonna try to knock me out, and I’m just gonna clip him.” said Fury.

Although Fury went through personal issues that kept him out of the ring for 31 months, he feels good leading up to the championship fight.

“I feel as best as I have ever felt,” said Fury. “I’m here today, I feel fit and healthy. I feel great, I feel amazing and I’m really looking forward to the fight.”
